ALLIKNOWISGOON will NOT offer any returns UNLESS we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. We will only offer an option to exchange an item if the initial item was damaged or wrongly shipped.
We only provide returns and exchanges for items that are purchased from this website. Any of our products that were sold at any retailer, department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store where it originally was purchased and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer.
Prior to returning/shipping an item, you must notify [email protected] . Any wrongly shipped item must be returned unopened. Opened returns will be refused at customer’s cost.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your return has been received, we will notify you of its arrival via e-mail. We will then begin the return or exchange process over the next 3-5 business days. If a return has arrived on a Friday, we will ship the return back after the weekend. If a refund is due, credit will be issued in the original form of a payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
