What are your shipping fees and options?
For orders anywhere in the US, we use USPS. You may calculate your fees upon checkout. Please keep in mind that estimated shipping is based on business days and excludes weekends and holidays.
What are your fees for international shipments?
Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of YOU, the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on www.alliknowisgoon.com and then refused, YOU will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We only charge our cost for these services. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. In the European Union, these fees can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
Your order will be shipped one business day after ordering, excluding weekends and holidays. For example, if you place an order on Friday after 5:00 pm EST, we will ship your order out on Monday. “Order Date” and “Shipping Date” are not the same.
Your arrival time will depend on your shipping selection at checkout. We will notify you via e-mail once your order has been shipped, with an estimated delivery time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order at any time. Before an item has been shipped, you may e-mail [email protected] to view the status of your order. Once it has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipping, with a tracking number attached to it.
If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient see the invoice?
As long as you notify [email protected] immediately after you place an order, we will make sure we do not include the invoice in the package.
